Featured Project: Via Media Master Bathroom
Homeowners are happy to rid themselves these days of large space-hogging super-soaking jet tubs and create large shower areas fit for a party of ten. Why not? Our rule of thumb is that as long as you have a tub in another area of the home, by all means demo that pool-like tub immediately.
In this project we doubled the size of the shower area. What used to be a three foot by three foot enclosed shower is now an open space with an attached drying area. The shower space is wrapped in Silverthorne limestone and the designated drying area floor is a black slab of pebbled quartz. New vanity cabinetry, constructed of natural stained walnut was designed to incorporate his and her storage units.
Doesn’t this space make you want to pour yourself a glass of wine and take a long hot shower at the end of your day? We think so!
