Testimonials

We were so thrilled
“My husband and I initially hired Allison Jaffe Interior Design for phase 1 of a remodel of our home: complete renovations of the kitchen, master bath and powder bath, plus a major facelift of the living/dining/entry areas.

We were so thrilled with Allison’s work, that we rehired her for phase 2: two smaller bath renovations, a reworking of the utility room, and updated looks for the den and the boys’ bedrooms.

The fact that we went back to Allison for phase 2 is the best expression of our satisfaction with her excellent work!”

A keen eye for details
“Allison did a great job guiding me through the complex process of a full kitchen remodel. She has up-to-date, extensive knowledge regarding all the finishing materials, ie. counter tops, floors, tiles, etc., and she knows all the local stores or web sites to get all the stuff. She is also an expert at CAD and can give clients 2D and 3D computer mock ups.

Allison also has a keen eye for details. If she sees a problem or if the client brings one to her attention, she will do everything possible to make it right. But the best thing about Allison is that she won’t take over the project completely. One can be involved as much or as little as one desires.”

Enjoyable to work with
“Allison is a bright and determined design professional. We hired Allison to assist with a make-over of our kitchen and some interior painting. Allison did a good job upfront understanding our design preferences, wants and budget.

One of Allison’s best assets is the portfolio of skilled contractors that she brings to the project. Being new to the Austin area this was critically important to us. Allison and her team are good communicators, project managers, and enjoyable to work with.”

A wealth of knowledge
“Allison Jaffe and I have worked on several construction projects together. Allison has the clients’ best interests in mind as she confidentially guides them through the initial planning phase, then on to material selections and execution.

Her systems and processes are designed for clients to receive a seamless design experience with her team. The experience and knowledge Allison possesses is apparent from the moment you meet her! Allison has a wealth of knowledge; she can help with everything from induction ovens to wood species!

As Allison guides clients through the process of design, she and her clients work together as important members of the same team. Allison very cleverly processes the client’s wishes while also combining her 10+ years of experience. This results in the outcome of a very happy client! I highly recommend Allison as the next designer on your project.”

Saved us time, money, and unnecessary angst
“We worked with Allison on our kitchen and living/dining room remodel from project inception to completion, which included a complete gutting and reconfiguration of the kitchen. She was very professional throughout the entire process and helpfully pushed along the process to ensure the project was completed in a timely manner.

Allison is a collaborator, who encouraged (and welcomed) our ideas but also provided invaluable feedback when our ideas weren’t consistent with the overall vision, which saved us time, money, and unnecessary angst.

Her kitchen reconfiguration was brilliant which resulted in a completely different space, not just a cosmetic redo. She is a disciplined, organized, and transparent professional that was an asset throughout our entire project.”
